Joti Patel
Joti is a British psychology post-graduate and Executive Coach with a multi-faceted career in business and the arts, (actress, presenter/host voice artist and public speaker). Joti’s strength is connecting to diverse audiences through cultural nuance to create authenticity in leadership.

As a speech coach and past professional matchmaker, Joti also coaches in overcoming anxiety, social skills and the art of conversation.
Joti was selected onto the BAFTA US Newcomers Program; a 4-year talent initiative, recognizing and supporting international rising stars to further develop artistic endeavors. She was also recently voted into BAP to join a fellowship of +1200 leaders, rising stars and opinion formers. Joti sits on the Executive Committee of this transatlantic leadership network of diverse high achievers on rising career paths in public, professional and business life. In her spare time, Joti is a passionate foodie who loves nothing more than exploring new culinary concepts, interior design and scenic escapes with spa days as an added bonus.
Rez Kempton
Rez has +15 years of experience as a role-player, facilitator and trainer working in a number of different ways from 1:1 role-plays (improvised and pre-written) to forum theatre, which incorporates the skills of effective feedback, facilitation, analysis of verbal and non-verbal communication, personal impact and assessment and development. Having worked globally, Rez has experience, understanding and respect of different cultures and needs for Ernst & Young, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, BDO, Shell, B.P., Pearson, BT, British Airways, Royal Bank of Scotland, T-Mobile, Marks & Spencer, UBS, GlaxoSmithKline, Barclays, Northern Trust, BG, RPC, Allen & Overy, Holman Fenwick Willan and Baker McKenzie.
Rez studied at the prestigious Rose Bruford drama school and is currently pursuing acting in Los Angeles and London alongside his business and corporate work. He is a keen technology enthusiast. Hobbies include formula 1, football, technology and hiking.
Louise-Mai Newberry
Louise Mai has +20 years’ experience as a corporate actor, facilitator and leadership coach. Her extensive corporate CV includes big name organisations in finance, professional services, technology and communications, pharmaceuticals and legal in the UK and overseas. She also works throughout the public sector and with non-profits.
Louise Mai helps people improve their impact and presence, leadership style, becoming a trusted advisor and managing high performing teams. She is highly experienced in coaching individuals as well as small groups. She also works with some of the UK’s top QCs and judges preparing witnesses for high value civil court and tribunal proceedings.
Louise Mai is a Cambridge graduate, trained actor and practising yoga teacher. Before transitioning into the world of learning & development she worked a branding consultant for sector leader What If! Innovation. There she led the team that created the soft drink J20 for Britvic. In her spare time, she enjoys horse-riding and volunteering. She sits on the Executive Board of UK subject association and charity, National Drama and is the Reviews Editor for Drama magazine.

Ernest Anemone, Esq.
Ernie is no stranger to executive coaching with +15 years of experience facilitating dialogue, delivering experiential learnings, and helping executives build high-performing teams in multiple sectors. Ernie's style is high energy, funny, and inquisitive approach both in person and virtually with an extensive toolkit for creating engaging virtual environments for audiences of any size or background. Ernie is a law graduate from Seton Hall University School of Law and also a seasoned actor / film maker. Based in New York City working globally. In his spare time, Ernie loves to travel, read and tend to his plants.
Mairi McHaffie
Mairi has worked with emerging and senior leaders for +15 years, often designing and delivers bespoke people development and talent initiatives globally. Mairi has delivered a multitude of events, enabling cross cultural clients to manage change, support their people and customers and effectively evolve behaviours using her deep understanding of social psychology and skills-practise to enable behavioural change in individuals to influence successful organisational culture.
Mairi trained at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and has had a successful career as a BBC TV Presenter and actor. She has been a regular judge for the WeAreTheCity.Com Rising Stars Awards for pipeline female talent across industries and a judge on the BBC Apprentice Finals. She is the mother of two young boys and occasionally dabbles in stand-up comedy.
Andrew Fallaize
Andrew is a British, NYC based actor, voice over artist, facilitator and communications coach. A business graduate from Cambridge University, Andrew then worked in investment banking as a telecoms equity analyst for NatWest Markets then Deutsche Bank.After combining his corporate experience and an acting career, Andrew has worked globally with the gamut of sectors at all levels of business from board level to graduates (oil & gas, financial services, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and industrial, health, broadcasting and media, retail, travel, tech and internet) and from public sector and government to private sector. Andrew has been involved in the creating and delivering of a wide range of programmes.
Andrew's theatrical work has involved working with many of the leading companies in the UK and US including the National Theatre, RSC, Sheffield Crucible as well as frequent appearances in drama and readings on BBC radio and audiobooks and voice-over.
Caron Darwood
Caron's journey with Leadership and Communication began at aged 19 when she gained a teaching diploma from LAMDA and opened a drama school for young people. She then went on to work as an actress before moving into the field of L&D.
Caron’s work as a coach and trainer has taken her around the world giving her extensive experience of designing and managing complex training and development programmes. She enjoys working with a wide range of experience from recent graduate through to board level and specialises in Executive Coaching, Personal Impact, Business Storytelling, Feedback, Presentation Skills and Performance Management.
She has an advanced diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, and in Corporate Wellbeing Coaching. She is also a qualified Personal Trainer. Her clients include PwC, EY, Grant Thornton, Pearn Kandola, Eisai, Jansen Cilag, Novartis, Trowers & Hamlins, Linklaters, Baker & McKenzie, KAUST. Caron believes that the essential ingredients for success are passion, connection, communication, strategy and courage.
Tali De Assis
Tali is a Corporate Training Facilitator and Coach. Her expertise spans across sectors integrated with her role as a people manager in the Finance industry, in addition to acting in film and theater. Tali engaged in a dual career in both the finance and entertainment industries in New York. Tali excels in hosting and presentations that engage participants with transparency and humour. She has worked across multiple sectors including law, pharma, tech, finance, government agencies, and aerospace, from entry level individual contributors to senior leadership.
In addition to her experience in the business world, Tali has an extensive performance resume spanning film, theater, opera, commercials, and voiceover. As a student and performer at the Upright Citizen’s Brigade and The People’s Improv Theater, she leverages valuable improv techniques for team cohesion and quick thinking into corporate trainings.
